Suddenly, along the path, a bottomless basket rolled toward me.
The wind was blowing from north to south, yet the basket rolled from east to west.
So it was not the wind that moved it – then who?

Replica of a late XIX century offset placket shirt, once owned by an officer of the Russian Imperial Army. Officers often had their shirts made by city tailors, opting for finer fabrics than those used for regular soldiers' uniforms. Washed cotton with antique mother-of-pearl buttons. Sorcery.
