This coat is cut using early XX century traditional peasant coat patterns and sewn involving a great deal of handwork including hand sewn buttonholes & pick stitches. Thick herringbone virgin wool tweed fabric specially made for us in Novi Sad, Serbia, using restored 1950's looms. Lining out of the finest traditional Serbian cotton fabric, 'srpsko platno'. Old corozo, horn & bone buttons. Sorcery.
